My name is Garrison, and I've been doing paintless dent repair since 1989. Back then, the tools you needed often didn't exist — so I made them, modified them, or worked around them. Decades of running a body shop, a retail PDR store, and chasing hail across the country gave me a pretty clear picture of what a PDR tool should feel like in your hand. Now I'm back at the bench, building the tools I wish I'd had thirty years ago.
