Our Warranty Promise

We warranty our products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect or arrives with an issue, please contact us so we can review the problem and help determine the best solution.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a repair, replacement, or other resolution at our discretion.

What Is Covered

Our warranty generally covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Issues with materials or workmanship
  • Products that arrive damaged or unusable due to a production-related issue

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, abuse, or improper handling
  • Accidental damage
  • Modifications or alterations made after purchase
  • Improper storage or maintenance
  • Use outside of the product’s intended purpose

Because PDR tools are working tools used in demanding environments, cosmetic wear, surface marks, scratches, and general signs of use are not considered warranty defects.

How to Submit a Warranty Request

To request warranty support, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Order number or proof of purchase
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the problem, if applicable

Once we receive your request, we will review the information and let you know the next steps.

Warranty Review

All warranty claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Metal Medic PDR Tools reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies for repair, replacement, or another resolution.
