We manufacture Metal Medic tools in our Eureka, Illinois machine shop. Our store also carries products from other brands and imported products, including Power Green PDR Glue from Brazil. Check the individual product description or contact us if you need to confirm where a particular item is made.

No. Our tools are designed for professional use, but DIYers and technicians building their first kit are welcome to shop. If you are new to PDR, contact us for help choosing equipment for your experience level and the work you plan to do.

Each product serves different repair needs:

• Green Gripper is a flexible glue designed for center-pull tabs and hail repair.
• Sticky Gum is a cold glue available in yellow for all-around conditions, purple for hot weather, and green for softer pulls.
• Power Green is designed for PDR, hail repair, and GPDR, with a recommended working range of 42–102°F.
• SUPERHERO Blue is formulated for collision and GPDR work on painted surfaces, bare metal, and bare aluminum.

Yes. Our professional tool lineup draws on hands-on experience with hail repair and demanding shop work. Choose the right tool for the task and follow its intended use and care instructions. Normal wear, misuse, and accidental damage are excluded from our warranty.

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It excludes normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, modifications, improper care, and use outside the product's intended purpose. Claims are reviewed individually; repair, replacement, or another resolution is determined by Metal Medic.

Shipping and delivery estimates depend on item availability and the shipping option you choose. If you need an order for a particular job or date, contact us to check timing before placing it. Most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We cover return shipping when the return results from our error, such as an incorrect or defective item.
