Plate is 18x10 inches and has the receiver that can be used on the front stabilizer arm after the pad is removed. The Plumbing kit allows the tower pump to be used a vacuum source to enable the plate to be place as a hood down to keep the vehicle from sliding under pull. a must have to get the full potential out of tour series 1 tower
