The Mini slide hammer ensemble is another example of Metal Medic tools commitment to selling over built and underpriced products, something that is rare in the rest of the industry. This mini slide hammer is built on a 12 inch. 1/2 round stainless-steel bearing shaft. The kit comes with 1 lightweight aluminum slide handle, 9 ounces and 1 Stainless Steel slide handle, 1 lb and 10 ounces, both with installed linear bearings for smooth and effortless action. Both slide hammers come with bumpers preinstall, the yellow is a soft bumper, the green or gray bumper is hard. They can be removed and positioned anyway you prefer. The change slide handles, simple use a 3/4 wrench on the the locknut and a 12mm on the slot in the bearing shaft to remove and install. Also include in the kit is your choice of a tradition adapter or the Metal Medic style adapter to use in the 5/16-18 threaded accessory port. Great little slide hammer that is the best built and most versatile on the market.
